Refund policy

Made-to-Order Policy
All items sold by Ripley Prints are made-to-order, meaning each product is created specifically for the customer after an order is placed. Because items are produced individually and often ordered from suppliers upon purchase, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Colour preference
• Change of mind
• Delays caused by suppliers or carriers

Exceptions:
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or print error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos so we can make it right.
